This weekend, the 58th Annual Bob Hayes Invitational will take place at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, showcasing some of the most talented high school athletes in the state. The competition honors the late Bob Hayes, also known as “Bullet Bob,” an Olympic gold medalist sprinter and NFL split end for the Dallas Cowboys. Hayes held multiple world records in the 60-yard, 100-yard, 220-yard, and Olympic 100-meter dashes, earning him the title of the “world’s fastest human.”
As athletes prepare to compete in various events, we have gathered a list of the top three seed marks for each event to watch for during the competition:
