The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Class 4A Boys State Meet took place on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. The meet was a timed-final event, featuring various track and field disciplines.

In the 100m Dash Varsity, Lee Prince Jr. of St. Thomas Aquinas finished first with a time of 10.77 seconds. In the 200m Dash Varsity, Jaylen Lewis of Mandarin took the top spot with a time of 21.20 seconds. The 400m Dash Varsity was won by Adrian Cardero of Columbus with a time of 46.73 seconds. In the hurdles events, Cade Swart of Chiles won the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.10 seconds and the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.93 seconds.

The distance races saw Evan Fleming of Buchholz win the 800m Run with a time of 1:54.50 and the 1600m Run with a time of 4:14.96. Finn Thomas of Nease took first place in the 3200m Run with a time of 9:02.07. Riley Smith of Buchholz, who had impressive times earlier in the season (8:39 in the 3200m and 1:50.96 in the 800m), did not participate in the meet.

The field events saw Tyler Hughes of Fort Pierce Central win the high jump with a height of 2.02m. In pole vault, Van Carter of Niceville cleared 4.50m for the win. The long jump was won by Shaddai Carter of Columbus with a mark of 7.35m. The shot put was won by Colby Cronk of Flagler Palm Coast with a throw of 19.22m. The discus event was won by Jason Atwood of Chiles with a mark of 59.67m. In the javelin, Aidan Broussard of Niceville had the longest throw at 59.07m.

In the relay events, Columbus won the 4x100m Relay with a time of 41.01 seconds and Niceville took the 4x400m Relay with a time of 3:13.65. Braddock won the 4x800m Relay with a time of 7:51.61.

In the team standings, Columbus and Niceville tied for first place with 70 points each. Chiles and Nease were tied for third with 30 points, and Buchholz finished fifth with 27 points.
