Although Tomasic has yet to run a middle school or high school meet this season, she has earned this ranking based off her history as a cross country athlete and her amazingly fast times run on the roads this fall. Tomasic won the 2021 FLYRA State Championships in a record time of 10:26.47. She went on to win her age group at the AAU XC National Championships. This fall she has run 18:10, 18:21, and most recently 17:48 on the roads.

Stam is one of those athletes that is splitting time between running in the middle school 3ks and in the high school 5ks. She is our number 2 ranked 6th-grader after her performance of 19:17 at the Alexander / Asics Invitational. Stam not only won the JV race, but she also posted a time that would put her on the nationally ranked varsity team.

Sikes is currently undefeated this season. Her most recent win came at the LCS MS Cross Country Championships. She has a season-best time of 10:58 for 3k, which happens to also be the fastest time run by a 6th-grade girl this season.

Delaney is the number 3 runner on a No Excuses Running Club team that will be gunning for a club state title at the FLYRA state championships. She has run under 12 three times this season including a personal best of 11:35 at the Katie Caples Invitational.

Graziana was the 5th place runner and the second 6th grader at the Katie Caples invitational. She has a 3k cross country pr of 11:40.

With the recent events in the news about runners being harassed and even abducted, it is important that families have a piece of mind when their athlete is out on the road. Garmin has created a watch that will allow you to track your runner, without the need for them to carry a cell phone. The Garmin Fenix 945 LTE is one of our favorite products, and we consider it a must-have for runners everywhere.
