In doing so, he became the first Cardinal to claim an Individual title and the first male from Florida to capture the top honors. His Stanford team came into the day as race favorites but finished 4th overall.\u00a0 Northern Arizona captured the title in a tie-breaker over Oklahoma State, both finishing with 83 points.
