Road to Haines City 70.3 — 8-Week Race Preparation Series
About This Event
You’ve built the foundation. Now it’s time to prepare for race day.
The Road to Haines City 70.3 is an eight-week race preparation series designed for athletes who are already training consistently and want to continue building toward a successful race on December 13.
This is not a Couch to 70.3 program. Rather than starting from the beginning, we will build on your existing fitness and focus on race-specific training, pacing, nutrition, execution, and confidence.
You do not need to be racing Haines City 70.3 to participate. This program is also appropriate for athletes preparing for another late-season 70.3 or endurance event.
Training will be delivered through Final Surge, with weekly coaching communication, group training opportunities, race-preparation guidance, and support throughout the eight-week series.
