Annabella Tomasic is an exceptional cross-country runner who represents Lake Highland Prep. Throughout the 2023 cross-country season, she has showcased remarkable consistency and dominance in her performances. Tomasic participated in several notable meets, consistently finishing with impressive times. At the FLRUNNERS.COM INVITATIONAL in early October, she secured first place with a time of 17:42.72. She achieved her season’s best at the FSU Invitational (Pre-State) at the end of September, completing the 5K race in a swift 17:35.50. Other events in which she displayed her prowess include the Katie Caples Invitational with a time of 17:48.82, the 13th Annual Hawks on the Hill Invitational with a 17:42.00 finish, and the Winter Springs Invitational 2023 where she clocked in at 17:41.52. Starting the season strong, Tomasic also competed in the Cecil Field Summer Classic in late August, where she completed the race in 18:15.00.
